At DF64 Coffee Grinder, we want you to be completely satisfied with your precision brewing experience. If your grinder isn't the perfect fit for your home setup, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Grinder

  Thoroughly clean all coffee grounds from the burrs and hopper, then pack the unit securely in its original factory packaging including all accessories.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the grinder's condition and functionality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
